Description
Flap Disc for Aluminum keeps work material cool and prevents loading, making it the ideal option for softer material jobs. This flap disc is constructed on heat-treated polyester backing and features premium aluminum oxide grains with a calcium stearate coating. This unique combination can become liquefied under the heat of friction, lowering the material's temperature, and preventing loading. The strong fiberglass backing plate ensures the discs' strength and won't break even running at the speed of 1.88 times of max RPM. All discs are manufactured by automatic machines, ensuring the discs uniform quality and strict quality control testing is applied.
