The double flap disc is manufactured by putting groups of 2 pieces of abrasive material on the fiberglass backing plate or nylon plate. The abrasive materials can be aluminum oxide, zirconia, ceramics, and silicon carbide. All discs are manufactured by automatic machines, ensuring the discs uniform quality and strict quality control testing is applied.
